➸reason why: he's just such a cheerful presence. the first time i saw him, i loved how bright his smile was, how cute his teeth were, etc. when i saw "different", that was the moment i knew i had fallen hard. his songs as woodz really resonate with me, as they're exactly my kind of music, and their meanings just hit hard. i think one thing that really motivates me to be like him is his passion and perseverance. i'm so proud of where he's gotten in his career and i wish nothing but the best for him. you can just tell that he puts all his effort in every single thing he does. at the same time, he shows kindness to others and makes sure to take care of his friends. he's so talented and hardworking, his personality is exactly the type of person i'd like to be around, and everything about him is just so so so amazing.

➸reason why: it's pretty obvious that i'm absolutely, 100% whipped for this man. i love everything about him, from the way his eyes crinkle up when he smiles to his happy-go-lucky but caring personality to his awesome confidence and charisma onstage. did i mention his dance skill? oh my god, i could watch him move for hours;; he's just so graceful yet powerful at the same time?? i don't know what exactly is so captivating, but he's definitely my favorite dancer in ateez and one of the best. for a while my ateez bias was seonghwa, but one day yunho came out of the blue and just swept me away! i don't really have an ideal type, but if i did, yunho would be the closest to it: tall, a dancer, polite, adorable, romantic... *swoons*

yoo kihyun

➸reason why: short. cute. talented. around 75% of my first biases fit that description, but mr. yoo is the only one that has managed to stick around as long as he has. the instant i saw/heard that video of lost in the dream live, i was in awe of how much talent was packed into one guy. a lot of my biases tend to be the caring mom friend of the group, and of course kihyun's no exception. he's passionate about what he loves, and i respect for that. monsta x holds a very special place in my heart a) for being one of the first kpop groups i stanned and b) being down-to-earth, cool, unfiltered people. i was always just naturally drawn to kihyun's personality, because in a lot of ways, i can relate to his general demeanor. him being a hamster cemented his place as one of my ults, and his adorable smile just confirms it!

➸reason why: i have a thing for a guy with a cute smile, as you can probably tell, and yuta is the definition of that. the second he became my ult was when i was rewatching old nct 127 music videos and i came across the limitless mv #2 performance ver. when 2:38 came along, i was never the same again. his silly, caring, and savage personality is everything to me; stanning him actually gave me a really great confidence boost that lasts to this day. you can tell he really loves and dotes on his members, especially mark and winwin. he's not afraid to speak out and i try to emulate him every day. i feel like he's one of those friends that isn't afraid to roast you, but afterwards, will make sure you feel okay. you can be sure that at neo city, i screamed the loudest for him ^^

yang hongseok

➸reason why: flower. as in flower boy, but also as in the line "신이 곱게 빚은 한 송이의 flower". "shine" was the song that got me into pentagon, my ult group, and it took me a while to figure out my favorite member. when i finally learned all their names, i knew that the boy with the angelic voice who sang that line was my bias. i honestly was sososososoSO shocked when hongseok started beefing up and became vice president of the big tiddie commitee (btc) FLKJS it was quite the plot twist. aNYWAY hongseok has proven himself time and time again and i'm glad i stan him. his voice blesses my ears, his face blesses my eyes (haha), and he himself blesses me with his existence.
